About Gary Kurtz, Realtor, CPA

I have been a real estate agent since 1997. Over the years, I have been a top producer for Irongate Realtors and have been named  one of Irongate's "Top 15" agents since 2013. I take pride in being a detailed-oriented agent while working with buyers, sellers, and new construction in Montgomery, Greene and Warren counties. I also own and manage numerous rental and investment properties specializing in bank-owned properties, sheriff sale acquisitions, etc.

I am a graduate of the University of Dayton (1986) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. I also have a Masters in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.
